Product pages

Read the product page like a pro.

Every useful JFS product page is built around the same idea: show the conclusion, then show the evidence that produced it.

01

1. Check the product identity

Confirm the brand, product name, and barcode match the package you intended to look up.

02

2. Read the JFS rating

The rating summarizes the current full-data JFS score when the record qualifies. The verdict label is tied to score bands, not a medical judgment.

03

3. Inspect the factor bars

Each factor shows the available normalized value and how that factor contributed under the JFS scoring rules.

04

4. Read ingredients and source attribution

The source section tells you where the record came from. Ingredient text is shown when available so you can inspect it directly.

05

5. Keep the limitations in view

If the package label and database disagree, use the package as the more current reference. JFS is an educational comparison tool, not a guarantee of suitability.

Remember: JFS is for general education. Always verify the current package label, and use professional guidance when you need individualized health, dietary, or allergen advice.
