Junk Food Scan provides general educational comparisons based on available product and label information. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition and is not medical, dietary, or allergen-safety advice. Always verify the current package label.
Product records, images, ingredients, nutrition values, scores, and suggested swaps may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, or incorrect. A score or “Better choice” label is a limited comparison — not a promise that a product is healthy, safe, suitable, available, or appropriate for you.
Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, upload unlawful material, probe security, automate abusive requests, or misrepresent the app’s output as professional advice.
You are responsible for access to your email or social account and for activity under your Junk Food Scan account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission.
Only submit product or label photos you are permitted to share. Do not upload faces, private documents, medical records, or unrelated personal information. Submitted missing-product information may be reviewed to improve product matching.
Premium subscriptions are billed and renewed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting a Junk Food Scan account does not cancel an active store subscription; manage or cancel it through your store account if you do not want future renewals.
For Apple purchases, the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) also applies where applicable.
Some functions depend on third-party services and data sources. Their availability and content are outside our control and may change without notice.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted access. AtlasBuildStudio is not responsible for decisions made solely from app output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
